New Adventures in Materiality

On being one

Everything emanating from one self, one own. Every idea one have, every word one say, everything one does, one own. It belongs to one self, it defines one self, until one declares it doesn't. Just as every choices one make, all of them, couscious or not, even when one don't really grasp anything one agrees to, one own. One owns it, all of it, until one decides one doesn't.

But one can't have it both ways, simultaneously, say one thing, do the opposite. One can't have that. Because it does entertain confusion, and confusion one should never tolerate.

Don't get me wrong, some people say and do different and opposite things like, all the time, literally at every moment. And at the same time, those very people seem to profit from the confusion they sow, like always. Until they don't. Because shit they propel, they also own. All of it. And soon enough, it will boomerang its way back to them, one way or another. Until they decide otherwise.

Call it Karma, self inflicted Judeo-Christian guilt, simple payback or basic reckoning, it's all the same. Everything we think, say or do will find its way back to us. Because creative beings, we are. Creation, we do, all the time. And everything we create and throw at others gets a life of its own, out of our control, and do find ways to bite back at us. That's the power of creation.

Because there are no little choices. Because everything emanating from one self, one own. One creates, then one own. Until one consciously decides one doesn't anymore. The sooner one get that understanding, the sooner one will become whole, and thrive.

Because everything one does, good or bad, thrue or false, it's always for one self, no others. Because one, we are.
