New Adventures in Materiality

On expiring

When yogourts in my fridge expire, I still eat them. Unless a funny smell makes me wanna puke. You know, the date on the thing says "Best before:", and I follow that to the letter, eating stuff that might have been better before said date.

I too might have been better before I'm now, but last time I checked, there was no specific markings with a date anywhere on me. Nevertheless, I know each day I wake up is one more, for which I'm very, deeply grateful. Thanks for that!

From the day I'll eventually completely expire, this blog will likely stay online, for a while, to the point Mataroa's renewal payment gets interrupted. Well, know that I'm sorry for any disturbances due to any future lack of control on the matter.

Once expired, the thing I'll miss the most will be earthly music from the time I was here. I'll miss that so much. I wish to come back just to discover it all over again, as new. Maybe through this blog, if someone pays for it (please note, you need to renew the domain name as well).

So, in order to help any future self kick start a new playlist, starting soon, I'll feature some musings surrounding different songs that might have been important to me. With context. Oh, the fun I'll have doing that! Please know that every music related blog post will feature the [Music] label in the title.

Cheers!
